Date Night....

The hubby and I finally caught a break this past week and called a "Date Night". Yes, I speak of a fabulous night out on the town in our next town over, Pensacola to see the 'uber' talented "Tedeschi Trucks Band". My musician husband had been wanting to see this band for a while, so we heard they were coming and made it a date. So glad we did, they were awesome!

We love this venue because it's, well beautiful, and there's not a bad seat in the house....

...not bad seats, if I do say so myself  :~)

Tassels with a Twist...

I'm back this weekend with some cool new tassel pieces. You know me and those tassels...I just can't seem to get enough of them! If it were up to me, everything in my wardrobe would have tassels on them...shoes, clothes, belts, the jewels, you get the picture :~)  So I was inspired this week to design some new pieces with a bit of a different design 'spin' on the tassel....

An Old Prayer...

Been a bit under the weather this past week, but it didn't stop me from doing what I love most, creating! In fact, it may have helped me recover faster from my flu-like ailments. Amazing what a little creativity can do for the soul, isn't it??? 

Here's a very special piece I just finished...

I found this little treasure on my last trip to England. It was so dusty and chippy and had years of love and cherish upon it. It's such a sweet little French prayer card under original glass and antique brass!

Bangles and Baubles.....

Oh my what a week..... and where oh where did it go so fast?!? I have been quite the busy little bee this past week with large custom orders, my hubby's birthday celebration, and opening a new location in my next little town over. Today I was asking myself, why in the world did I take on so much this week? But I have managed to come through it mildly unhurt and with most of my scruples intact...I think ;~) I also was able to create a few new pieces coming to the Etsy shop for this Sunday...here's a little preview...
