Some Sunshine....

Some fruits of my labour, as of late...

Remember my sweet little reverse painted butterfly brooch I found at the antique show? Here he is all dressed up in some gorgeous paste Victorian rhinestones. These little glass brooches are getting sooooo hard to find! And in all my years of gathering vintage jewelry, I've never seen one with a butterfly as it's subject. Most of the reverse painted cabochon glass brooches are birds or bouquets. This rare piece makes for one quite special necklace!!!!

As of late I have been loving using these old lingerie and cloak clips for my clasps. They are wonderful because they have tons of character and are so easy to fasten.

"Vintage Rose Garden" Earrings are really, really sweet! They are antique, hand-stitched petit-point framed discs accented with vintage carved ivory and garnets....

One of my adorable French finds! A mother of pearl Eiffel Tower and brass locket. So pretty paired up with a Victorian bow watch pin, sterling chains, rhinestones and lots of various gemstones in hues of gold and blue.

"L'Amour"

Inside, I placed pictures that I took of the Eiffel Tower on my trip to Paris last fall. I really enjoyed filling this little locket with some of my original photographs from my special trip...

A new piece for Judson,

...a masculine and beautiful old Victorian watch fob is the centerpiece of this bracelet. I accented with medals in hues of golds and bronze to keep the piece really elegant...

A Jeanne D'Arc custom order for sweet Lorraine. She sent me the medal and the crucifix and I accented with vintage mother of pearl strands, silver rosary centers, vintage rhinestones, rubies, and rose and smokey quartz. A beautiful necklace designed for a beautiful lady...

After all those new designs, I needed a break and finally I got a chance to head down to the beach. We are so lucky we only live 5 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, but I never get to go! So hubby and I finally stopped for a minute to enjoy God's beauty... and it was one of the prettiest days we've had this year...

Hope you get a chance this week to stop, stick your toes in the sand, and enjoy the world for a moment too!
Au Revoir!!!

So very pretty! I think Judson and Lorraine will be pleased. :) I need a trip to the beach - just to far to drive.
Enjoy your evening.
