Up In The Clouds...

Bonjour my friends!!! I just got back from a wonderful whirlwind trip with friends to see a concert in Mobile. Our friend, who happens to be a pilot, (and a very good one at that) flew us over in his personal plane and it was just, well, FABULOUS!!!! Here was the view...

...believe it or not, this is what our water looks like down here in the panhandle of Florida. It is very Caribbean in color and really, really clear.

...not even a little bit queasy!

This is where the concert took place...
A legendary theater with lots of history!

Paintings on the inside of the lobby...
The concert, Michael McDonald and Boz Scaggs was great and the sound quality was even better in this quaint little theater.

Downtown Mobile...

...and some new earrings going to Etsy tonight...

Christine, Just dropped in to say hello. The concert you saw is coming our way in September. If y'all want to experience deja vu, talk your friend into fly up here to see the concert again:) WE might go; not sure yet -- close to our moving time. BUT we've already bought our tickets to see the Gipsy Kings in August:) The venue is the MaryHill Winery's outdoor amphitheater.
